Please consult your doctor at least a month before entering the Amazon Basin. No cases of yellow fever or malaria have ever been reported in our properties. The most common ailments for travelers are diarrhea and fatigue. Take necessary precautions with local exotic food and alcoholic beverages. Eating and drinking in moderation is always the best safety measure to avoid discomfort and unnecessary hassle while traveling.

You can check-in late at night but please let the front desk know if you are checking in after 10:00 PM.according your flight.

Pre-school children under 10 years old can stay free when sharing a bed with parent(s) so there is no need to count them as adults, however, charges apply for additional beds
 Children over 11 years will be charged as adults which must be reserved when booking.

We begin taking reservations one year prior to the stay by e-mail.

Upon your request, we can arrange a cake, bunch of flowers and a bottle of champagne (fee applies).

• From 01 to 09 rooms
• Present written notice cancelling your reservation which will be handled as follows:
• No penalty: 07 days notice prior to arrival date
• With a penalty of 20% of the total of the first night: Notice within 6 days before the arrival of passengers.
• With penalty of 50% of the total of the first night: Notice within 48 hours before the arrival of passengers.
• NO SHOW: If the cancellation is made the same day of arrival, will be considered NO SHOW and will be charged for the night or total nights reserved.
• Please note that there are some plans for which cancellation charge applies from the time the reservation is made. Please check at the point of making a reservation.

 Complimentary WiFi access is available at the lobby area, restaurants, conference rooms.

We accept the following credit cards;
  VISA, Master, Diners Club, American Express, DC, Nicos, Citix Card, Rakuten, OMC, JAL, Union Pay. Please note that payment must be in a lump sum.

We can issue receipts for the goods sold in the hotel and room packages with on-site payment. We are not able to issue receipts when payment is given to a travel agency. Please ask your travel agency in that case.

• Hiking boots or walking tennis shoes resistant to humidity; cotton socks.

Safe Deposit box: Our properties haves a safe deposit box located inside each room, where guests may leave all their valuables locked; the hotel will not be responsible for their loss or misplacement. Our properties have a security guard on site 24-hours a day and security cameras into different areas of the hotel.
